Today, Sheila Isong spoke to our Political Action and Public Policy students. She delved into her career with the NAACP, The Center for American Progress, and her current position as the Engagement Director at Giffords. She focused on gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform, fostering a space for students to converse about similar topics. Ms. Isong graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in politics and philosophy and earned a JD from Howard University School of Law.
