Students in the International Diplomacy and Law & Advocacy programs took a group trip to several of Washington’s monuments and memorials. They arrived at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial at sunset and continued the tour as the sky got darker, walking to the FDR, MLK Jr., and WWII Memorials and concluding at the Lincoln Memorial. Students were given time to explore each monument at their own pace before continuing with the group.
