Today our Architecture students started their first day of their program bright and early with a lecture and then had a fun activity called Design Charrette! The students were split into groups and had to design and sketch a design of a door and then they had to switch and design the floorpan of another group’s door based off of the design they came up with. These are great skills needed as an architect as they will often times have to finish a design for a previous designer.
