The architecture students rotated between three workshops, practicing their skills in sketching, drafting, and physical modeling. In the drafting workshop, students measured and drew floor plans following instructions from the TAs. In the next workshop, students learned different sketching styles and techniques, practicing by drawing the items in front of them. In the physical modeling workshop, the TAs gave students a timed challenge to make a stable cube out of paper and glue, with an additional challenge of adding more elements to the cube if students finished early. The students all enjoyed their first hands-on activities of the session!
