Today our Leadership and Service students went to The Salvation Army and The Capitol Food Bank to volunteer! At the Salvation Army they were tasked with restoration of the exterior of the building by picking weeds, collecting trash, trimming bushes and trees and cleaning shelves. At the Food bank the students packed boxes for food items to be packed for donations, we are so glad our students get to make an impact on the DC community!
