Leadership Facilitator Lauren Ball held a session with the LEAD students discussing the concept of truth. She explained that two people can experience the same event and describe it in entirely different ways, but both ways are their own truth. She then applied this to the idea of keeping an open mind during discussions with others, and understanding that there is no single correct perspective. Students broke out into groups to discuss questions that Lauren presented throughout the session.
