Meet D. Richard Rasmussen! D. Rasmussen is a well-renown foreign officer of the U.S. Department of State, serving for 14 years. His prior assignments include New Delhi, India; Tallinn, Estonia; Karachi, Pakistan; Bridgetown, Barbados, and Kathmandu, Nepal. Students from the International Diplomacy Program were able to speak with him, ask questions, and listen to the recollections of his previous international assignments.
