For their first session, students from International Diplomacy were introduced to Vital Akimana, their leadership facilitator. Through his guidance, students were able to uncover their personality matrix. They were able to identify themselves as either Peacocks, Koalas, Owls, or Lions. They were then split into their respective personality groups to complete various activities related to each of their personality matrixes.
