Today, the Business Intensive students engaged in a business simulation, where they were split into five fruit drink companies. Each of these five companies sold cranberry iced tea, and the different companies got to decide what to price their drink in order to maximize profits based on a variety of factors such as the cost to produce the tea, and the amount of customers that will buy the tea at each price. This activity allowed the BINT students to experience in a hands-on way how pricing works in the business world.
