LINT students heard from Associate Professor of Law at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Lisa Tucker. She walks through different techniques for writing briefs and what information is needed to go through that process. Students were very engaged as they were asked to read about different cases before today’s talk, to be able to give input about different briefs, and identify which cases are lacking information.
