Students are split up into 4 companies, Ringo Wireless, Neptune Hotels, Havorforth Buxley (consulting), and Abacaxi Pineapples. The students’ role in these companies is to represent and act as the management team. They respond to “quarterly” emails, make business decisions for their companies, and are challenged to collaborate with one another and negotiate partnerships. They have four quarterly meetings and then a press conference to address the state of their company after a year’s worth of work. After the press conference, they address all decisions made in a 10-minute presentation on the improvements made to their business.
