Students from Law and Advocacy left Georgetown and arrived at the Montgomery District Court. At the courthouse, the students participated in a mock trial based on a murder prompt they were given at the beginning of the entire program. Several students were given roles for the trial including the TAs (the judges), and they were all split into three different courtrooms. The roles were switched at the end of every case so that all the students participated in this mock trial.
