This evening, the International Diplomacy students participated in a Non Governmental Organization simulation! In this simulation, the INTL students are split into NGOs. These NGOs are then tasked with assisting a crisis somewhere in the world, and they must try to work together to alleviate the issue. During this simulation, the students were able to practice their negotiation and conflict resolution skills in a hands-on way, and they experienced how challenging it can be to work together with others to solve problems.
