Today, the International Business students worked on their international trade simulation. Students were assigned countries at the beginning of the session, each country belonging to a different tier. These tiers determine the resources that a country begins with. Then, the IBUS students were tasked with creating products using their resources, and selling products to generate wealth for their country through trade and commerce. They can then use their accumulated wealth to invest in more infostructure, making their manufacturing process more efficient. This simulation allows the IBUS students to experience what trade and business is like on a global scale in a fun, hands-on way!
