Leadership Session: Personality Matrix – Video

Today the International Business students explored different personality and leadership types, and the strengths and flaws each style brings to the table with their leadership facilitator, Mr.P, or Pru. Students were challenged to operate in different leadership “modes” in various situations, and grew outside of their comfort zone to explore styles of communication that may be new to them. The IBUS students learned more about themselves, leadership, communication, and each other during this leadership session!
