Today, LAWA students attended a law panel of esteemed guests in the field of law and advocacy. The panelists were Tristin Brown, the Policy & Program Director at the People’s Parity Project, and Tyler Burgess, an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, working in the Environmental Practice Group.  The students engaged with the panelists by asking questions, applying their own connections between current events and the study of law to inquire about how law unfolds in practice.
